Our clients are typically service businesses with five to thirty staff who receive a high volume of repetitive enquiries — clinics, tour operators, real estate agencies, training centres, retail shops, and professional services firms on the Kenyan coast and in Nairobi. Since 2021, we've deployed chatbots for more than 60 businesses, and roughly 80 percent of those clients have been on the Kenyan coast, which is where we know the market rhythm best. Every engagement starts with a 45-minute discovery call where we map your most common customer conversations. We then build and test the bot internally, share a staging link for your review, and go live within five business days of your approval. We do not take on projects where the client has no existing customer conversation data to work from — the bot needs real examples to be useful, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than deliver something generic. After launch, the teal dashboard gives you full visibility into conversation volume, resolution rates, and escalation trends, so you can see exactly what the bot is and isn't handling.
