What to expect after you send a message

Within one business day, a member of the Orbituastro team will review your message and send a brief reply confirming we've understood your situation. If your business sounds like a good fit for one of our bot configurations, we'll suggest a 45-minute discovery call. On that call we map your most common customer conversations, agree on the bot flow, and set a go-live target. From approval to live deployment typically takes five business days. If after the call we don't think a chatbot is the right tool for your specific problem, we'll say so — and point you toward something that might be.
