Is there a setup fee?
No. All Orbituastro plans include our done-for-you configuration service. You pay the monthly plan fee and nothing extra to get started.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll adjust the bot configuration to match your new plan within two business days.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
On the Starter and Growth plans, we'll notify you when you're approaching your limit and suggest an upgrade. We won't cut off your bot mid-month — conversations continue and we discuss the next step together.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves you the equivalent of two months — roughly a 17% discount. Contact us and we'll issue an annual invoice in KSh.
